Job Interview Questions: What is a second job interview like?

The employer said that she was interviewing 6 people then narrowing it down to 2 for the second interview. I made it to the second interview. She said the director will be sitting in as well as another co-worker. What can I expect?

Is it easier or harder? Do I send a thank-you note again?
