The Ten Rules For a Great Job Interview

Recommended Answer:
The interviewer wants to know if you're qualified for the work you're applying for. Do you have any experience? Is your aptitude suitable? In the end the decision will be based on whether you will be an asset to the company or a liability. It is good to show you are interested in contributing to the operation and are willing to work. Be able to present credentials. Be honest. A sad story wil not help your case. Be on time. Dress appropriately. Your level of education is very important. It must be commensurate with the tasks you will be doing. Misspellings on your application is a negative. "Questins" would have probably disqualified you. "u' for you would be a negative. 'what' instead of What shows you're not too bright. Whats for What's is not doing you much good.

The Easy Way to Answer Job Interview Questions

  • One question that I used to underestimate was "Tell me a little about yourself"...

This is a question which you should use to your advantage - show off your positives: your past experiences and acheivements but also use it to become confident too by reminding yourself why you should be hired...

    They will also ask you:

Why do you want to work here?
What are you strengths and weaknesses?
Why did you leave your last job?

they may also ask you to sell them a pen!

  • tell me a little about yourself
what is your biggest (greatest) weakness (challenge)
what strengths would you bring to this job (or why should we hire you)

  • Can You Pull My Finger?
