Is there any way you should act at a job interview other than acting yourself? I am also just entering the job field so that is why I ask.

Most likely you would smile, be mannerly, listen to what they are saying and be agreeable. When it comes to discussing your skills and work habits you want to convince that person that you are hardworking and dependable, a quick learner and interested forming a mutual beneficial partnership.
