Recommended Answer:
I suggest you research some info about the company you are having an interview with, that way you have a better understanding and you could think about some easy questions.

Some common questions are:
1) When will I know whether I am hired or not and will I be able to follow up?
2) How often do you have new collections arriving? (For retail)

..along the lines of that

It is Important For Every Job Seeker to Know About the Job Interview

  • Hi

Firstly if it hasn't been covered ask what the salary is?
Then ask what are the prospects and timescale for promotion?
If you came up with a suggestion for saving money or improving production who would you approach with it?
Again if not covered in the interview ask what training is available so you can improve your knowledge which in-turn will benefit the company.Stress you are eager to learn.
Do not ask what holidays you get, you haven't got the job yet.

    Hope this helps.

  • is this job commission based or do I get payed by the hour. once you're at the interview, the next step will be training if it is hourly pay. however, if it is commission pay, the next step will be another interview so then you can know not to waste your time.
