Sales Job Interviews - The Most Important Preparation Question

  • Go to the store and see what the people there are wearing and dress like them. That way the interviewer will feel like you will fit in with his/her team.

Also, it's a jewelry shop. Be sure to wear some nice jewelry, even if you have to borrow some. It should be appropriate for your age (don't try wearing a 5 carat diamond!) and should match your outfit.

By the way, you spelled "jewelry" wrong. Take your time and be sure to spell things correctly if you have anything else to fill out before getting the job!

  • a black pencil skirt, black basic closed-toe heels, and a white (or light pink, purple, teal, etc) blouse tucked in

  • wear what the other employees are wearing. but up it.
