Job Interview Questions: Can i wear a turtle neck to my job interview?

i have a job interview today for receptionist. i was planning to wear a nice shirt with a business skirt but it's freezing cold here in australia and i dont have any nice jacket that i can wear over the top of my shirt. now i am thinking of wearing a grey turtle neck with business skirt and black stockings and nice scarf. is a turtle neck okay?
