Job Interview Questions: What would you do at this job interview?

Say you're at your 10:00 job interview. You finish up, the interviewer is happy, and is willing to offer you a job.

That's all fine, except you're supposed to be at an 11:00 interview, with another company that is in the same line of work. You're sure you will get the job, but this company will give you more hours, and possibly better pay.

What do you tell the person who just offered you a job?

Important Job Interview Tips to Land That Job!

Recommended Answer:
If you're offered a job, ask for the details of the offer: salary, benefits, vacation days, etc. Then say you'll need some time to think it over.

Go to your other interview and follow the same procedure. If you have two offers, you can then decide which one is the best fit for you.

Do NOT accept a job offer and then turn it down immediately afterward. Your integrity and brand are very important and sooner or later actions like that will catch up with you. Your best bet is to be professional and honest.

Good luck!

Job Interview Mistakes To Avoid

  • Accept the job, then go to the other interview. If the other people hire you, then call and decline the first job afterall claiming some conflict had come up.

  • accept the job as you can always reject later on

  • What the other two people said. You have to do what's best for YOU, ya dig!
