Just be yourself. Sleep well tonight. Good luck. If you are interviewed the restaurant has a need for
you. Nothing to be afraid of, 50 p.cent of the interview is already won. You just need 1 p.cent more
for an ok. Go for it.

Job Interview Tips

  • Hey,

When you face an interviewer, it all reduces down to how you present yourself. Here are seven simple steps on how it's possible for you to improve your interviewing skills:

    1. Get ready for the interview - Dress suitably, turn your telephone off.

    2. Research - Use all of your resources to be certain that you know the fundamentals about the company.

    3. Be cool!

    4. Don't undersell yourself - In the course of the interview, answer the questions momentarily and correctly. The key is to be truthful.

    5. Raise questions - Should you run into a tricky interviewer, don't be threatened.

    6. Wrap it up - As you close to the end of the interview, ensure that all bases are covered.

    7. Chase up - Send that vitally important many thanks note after the interview.

  • okay ive been working as a server for 2 years now and the way i got my job was simple, when you go in for your interview dress nice, pants and a nice shirt, lie on every question they ask you to make yourself seem better, for example if they ask you why you want the job dont say to buy clothes or something, say i really want to start early on saving for college and a car. ex: why do you want to work here particularly? answer: ive been coming here ever since i was a kid and i really like how well run this resteraunt is, plus im a team worker and i really feel like i would do a good job. once you get the job you have it ... shake there hand, make eye contact, thats very important

  • Customers customers customers..

thats what restaurants want to hear.. im guessing u will be a host at that age..

for me u HAD to dress up in long sleeve shirt and dress pants and dress shoes.. i dont know what the equivalent would be for a woman but thats how dressed up u need to be..

But definately let them know ur all about the customers but not in a corny way and dont be shy open up a little...
