No, in general people doing interviews have completely pointless expectations and will prejudge a person based upon the simplest item of clothing that doesnt fit their expectations especially in fields where your generally expected to work within an office environment. Jeans are a relaxed look they send the message of effortlessness and not the message of proffessionalism that a suit and tie clearly sends out.
