Job Interview Questions: Would you consider these hard job interview questions?

I'm 16 and had my 1st job interview at barnes and noble. I tried to prepare but some of the questions threw me off and seemed kind of hard for the kind of position.
When was a time you had to learn fast and then utilize those skills?
When was a time you were given an opportunity at ran with it?
There was more but I forgot.

Job Interviews Questions - To Ask Or Not to Ask

Recommended Answer:
No - they are pretty standard. The interviewer was probably looking to see how you dealt with the questions as much as what you answered i.e. what did you think learning quickly meant and how could learning be used, what would you think was an opportunity and what would you make of it.

How to Display Enthusiasm at a Job Interview

  • you are very young to work,i don't know what position you apply for,
first, you should know the work position, then know what skills you'll need for it,
then estimate how much time you'll need for it.
I think you would ask elder people beside you, maybe they'll give you much better sugguestion.
    Thanks

  • These are questions to measure the level of your maturity and responsibility. They aren't hard but you should think ahead on the answers as a lot of information has to be recollected. I advice you to practice answering this kind of questions.
