  I think what you described will be just fine. If it's a company that would more likely being in suits, I would try to find a blazer or at least a nice looking scarf to dress it up a bit.

For the stores that you list, a suit would probably be too much. Dress pants and a blouse would be good, or dress pants and a tank top with a cardigan over it. Your shoes/jewelry should be tasteful, but if you can I would bring along an accent piece (fun necklace, brightly colored pumps) to wear for the appropriate stores. At someplace fashion-forward like Claires or other trendy retailers, this will help you stand out (in a good way) but might not be a good idea at stores that are more oriented to adults or the general public.

The company will be looking for you to have certain skills such as strong numeracy and analytical skills prepare examples that demonstrate this. Also read the job description, normally this tells you what the company are looking for ie essential skills and desirable. If the company has not provided a job description then go to a website that advertises a similar position. From there you will get an idea of what skills a Cost Analyst needs. Then prepare examples of these specific skills ie analytical skills.
Accountancy is not always a pre requisite if they have called you for interview they will be aware of your subjects through your resume.

Act confident and make sure you know your resume thoroughly as questions will be based around this, make sure you research the company and research what a cost analyst does.

Dress for one position above the one you're applying for, so if it's a sales or fast food job, I'd suggest a nice outfit that you feel comfortable in, not too much makeup, and no perfume. You don't want your appearance to cost you the job, so don't overdo it, just make yourself look professional and reliable.
