Job Interview Questions: What to wear to a movie theatrer job interview?

I'm really confused on what to wear to my interview at a movie theater tomorrow. My mom and sister suggested i wear khaki's and this pink half quarter sleeved sweater. I feel like that would be too dressy though? So i was thinking i'[d wear a pair of skinny jeans, with some flats, a pearl necklace and a long sleeved stripped collared shirt from american eagle with a white cami under it.

That way i'm not too overdressed or underdressed?

Top 10 Tips for Excelling in a Panel Job Interview

Recommended Answer:

guy:pant, nice clean iron shirt, tie, clean shoes

Don't wear to the interview:
denim,accessories,crazy amount of jewelry,open toe shoes,flip flop,maxi or casual summer dress,short,piercing,hide tattoos.

How about: khaki's pant, pink half quarter sweater, pearl necklace with flats! *thumbs up*

Dress for interview and dress like you want the job. :-)

What To Do And Not To Do In A Job Interview

  • i think the outfit your mom and sister suggested is nice, but i think you should go with the one you wanted. because its not dressy, but its not lazy either. you want to look presentable, and show you take care of yourself and stuff. but you should worry too much because they probably wont pay that much attention to your clothing because at most movie theaters they were a uniform (at the movie theater i go to all the workers have to wear black shoes, black pants and a red polo with the name of the theater on them.
well i hope this helps and good luck on the job!
    God bless XD

  • i like your idea. i wouldnt wear anything sloppy, but thats coming from me, and i plan every outfit i wear. i think what youthought of was perfect- laid back, but not too much! xoxo -ami

  • I like your idea better than your moms. I go to my interviews in just regular clothes I usually wear and get the job, it's not like applying to some big company so it doesn't really matter.
