Job Interview Tips That Lead to Job Offers

Recommended Answer:
Only wear a badge/pin if you were in a service fraternity in a field relevant to the job. Otherwise leave it at home.

Know the Common Job Interview Questions

  • It is not acceptable. No disrespect intended to your fraternity, but an employer would look on it as wearing boy-scout badges. In other words, the intention with which you wear it will be interpreted in a drastically different manner.

Good luck with your interview. Just be yourself and it will be fine.

  • You shouldn't wear it. As evidenced by some of the answers above, some ignorant people don't understand what it means to be Greek. If they see your pin, they could hold it against you.

  • Why do you want to wear a pithy badge? If the badge reminds the interviewee of a kind of rancour/abomination, your job will be lost straight away. It's best to follow the current rule -wear smart and try your very best.

    Don't do anything risky.

  • No. It makes you look like you should still be school. Show a potential employer that your ready to move from the dorm, and int a professional setting by wearing a suit with no fraternity badge.

  • I wouldn't wear it unless there's some connection to the interviewer or company & the frat. It will seem childish.

  • NO!
