Job Interview Questions: What is appropriate attire for a job interview at the Hat Shack?

It's a part time job in the mall. Should I really get dressed up or will a nice t-shirt and shorts be a passing grade?

What are the employees wearing at the Hat Shack? This should be your guide... if they are wearing a nice t-shirt and shorts, do the same. If they are wearing hats and blue jeans, do the same. The most important thing to wear is a great smile :)

No Time To Prepare For The Job Interview?

• Never wear shorts to an interview!!! That is highly unprofessional and shows an employer that you are not serious about the job.....Since the company is a bit more laid back, I would suggest wearing business casual. Wear a nice pair of khaki slacks or pants. Instead of a t-shirt, wear a nice button down shirt. You don't want to over dress, but you don't want to look like a slouch either..
