Job Interview Questions: What are some important questions to ask employers in a job interview?

Job Interviews - Six Blunders to Avoid

Recommended Answer:
I always advise job seekers to focus on three types of questions:
1. Questions that show you did your homework -- for example, a question based on a recent article that mentioned the employer.
2. Questions that show that you are listening & thinking.
3. Questions that combine 1 & 2. (I recently read in the Wall Street Journal that your company is implementing PeopleSoft. How are your business analysts involved in making this project successful?)

Finally, ask questions that show that you are curious about how you can help the company succeed. Good luck!
