Job Interview Questions: What to wear to a job interview at a clothing store?

I have an interview at a clothing store that has laid back clothes such as destroyed jeans, obey clothing, and skate clothing. I don't know if it would be better to go dressed in the kind of clothes they sell to show that I like the same style, or to wear slacks and a nice shirt. Help!

People generally advise you to dress up at least two levels higher than the current job for which you are appearing. It will create a good first impression. Never wear blue jeans while attending a job interview. Casual job interview attire is not advisable if you are serious in getting the job.
The general rule is to opt for conservative shades and designs. Bright checked shirts, loud colored blouses, and odd designed dresses are not to be worn at all. You have to ensure that the set of dress you have decided to wear for your interview is sparklingly fresh and without any crease marks whatsoever. Also ensure that the shirt is buttoned up fully when attending the interview.

• slacks and a nice shirt on interview day, then after they tell you that you got the job where whatever you want, look professional, tells them that you care about the job you are applying for, you prob where there cloths everyday, maybe mention that in your interview but dont where them to the interview.
