Job Interview Questions: When I go to a job interview, do they tell me if I have the job straight away?

Like when they interview me and it's over do they say "Okay you've got the job. Start Monday" or do they say they'll call in a few days. Or even say you haven't got the job? I'm just curious?

Normally not. They often interview many applicants, and will wait until they are sure that you (or someone else) is the best option before telling you if you get the job. If its not very competitive and they are convinced immediately that you would be a good employee, then yes it is possible. Don't be surprised if they say "we will be in touch" at the end of the interview.
