I got a call back for a job and they want to set up a interview, unfortunately I missed the call and have to call tomorrow. When they call you back for an interview, is that usually because you got the job?

Unfortunately, no. It's because they saw something in you that was above and beyond some of the others who applied, and they'd like to talk with you...and probably a few other people...to determine who will best fit their needs. It's even possible to be called for a second interview and not be hired for the job, but it's a sign you've got interesting qualifications. (In fact, I've even been told I HAVE the job, if I want it, by the head of the department that was hiring, but when I talked with the HR department they told me "the decision hadn't been made, yet"...and I didn't get hired.) In other words, you don't have the job until they tell you when to show up for work, etc. I'm not trying to be discouraging, just honest.

HOWEVER, it wouldn't hurt to show up for the interview as prepared as possible. Study the company (there's this new thing called the "Internet") and learn everything you can about what they do and how they do it. What they'll be interested in learning will be how quickly you'll be able to learn the job they need done, whether you're willing to do it well enough that the company will profit by your efforts and whether you'll "play nice" with the other employees. If you've done your homework, you'll already have some idea how to "slant" your answers to let them know you understand their business, their product, their service, etc., which will increase your chances of getting hired.
