Job Interview Questions: Question about Old Navy Job Interview?

I have a job interview Tuesday at Old Navy. How do I need to dress? I was thinking black button up, khakis, and dress shoes. What questions will they ask? Should I bring a reference list?

Job Interview Tips

Recommended Answer:
Dressing business casual for this interview would be a great idea, and even better if its their brand name clothing that you're gonna wear. Take your resume, and keep the reference sheet for the end of the interview. If this is your first interview with the company, be prepared to answer questions such as:
1. Tell me about yourself (this is where you walk them through ur resume)
2. Why Old Navy?
3. What do you know about the company?
4. What can you bring to the company if we hire you?
5. Why should we hire you, as opposed to anyone else?

Sometimes they'll ask you to do a roleplay and try to sell them a product.
Overall just be confident, be yourself, and answer the questions directly, giving examples, and you'll be fine.

Job Interview - How Your Body Language Can Affect Your Interview

  • What you plan on wearing is fine. Bring the references but only offer them if they ask. If this is your first interview with them they will ask about your work experience, What you know about the company? How you interact with people? Possibly explain a situation and ask how you would handle it. The may also show you examples of what they sell and have you put together an outfit and explain yourself. Be patient and calm, taking your time to fully listen to the questions and thinking your thoughts through before answering. I hope this helps. Good luck on getting the job
